Yoga in the Red Room is an indescribable feeling! The Red Room is nonjudgmental, calming, physical, challenging, detoxifying,  yet very upbeat! Hot yoga does two things for me. It either sets the pace for the reality of my day if done in the morning or sets the pace for my dream world if done at night! When i am down it lifts me up. When i feel alone it gives me company. When i am lost it is the guiding light that shines on the path. When I am happy it heightens my senses. All the instructors are very helpful and encouraging for what ever it is that you set you’re intentions for. I recommended all classes for everyone interested and promise you will find what you are looking for! So give it the college try and let your world and body change immensely! Happiness is awaiting us all!

I love Red Room yoga!  The instructors are fantastic instructors who provide helpful feedback, hands on correction, and
encouragement.
  I purchased the 5 for $15 and will definitely be joining the Red Room.  I’ve avoided joining any yoga studio because 1) I am already a member of another exercise facility and 2) hot yoga studio memberships tend to be very pricey. The membership fees at the Red Room are much better than any other hot yoga studio in the area.
